A
roundtable discussion is planned for Spring, 2006, in which 15–18
nationally-known theologians, political scientists, writers, and others
will gather in Albuquerque, N.M., to discuss how a persuasive faith-oriented
language, and the media for its expression, can be developed to deal
with the massive assaults on the global environment now taking place.
A proceedings will be published in quality paperback format which will
contain a background paper, an edited version of the dialogue, an analysis
of the discussion, and supplementary text by the discussants. Funding
is now being sought for this project. A complete prospectus, including
the background paper, is available for this purpose.
